Easy to get to hungarian state opera. 5 minute walk from deak ferenc square underground station. Koleves that was placed very close to the apartment was worth exploring...

We were accomodated in a very nice and snug apartment, which was clean, well equipped and it also had a perfect location in the centre of Budapest. Additionally the price was also favourable. The staff members did their job very good, and they were always very kind and helpful. To sum up, I recommend King Apartments to everybody who wants to visit Budapest in the future!

The reasonably priced apartment is conveniently located close to the city centre attractions. It was clean, comfortable and very well equiped and was ideal for doing as much or as little self-catering as anyone would want to do. If we were to return to Budapest we would be happy to stay here again.

Closeness to the city centre, cleanliness and the facilities in the apartment. The presence of security people in the building entrance provides some assurance regarding safety. Apartment staff is friendly and welcoming.
The noises from a night club nearby late into the night can be a bit annoying.

We enjoyed the time we’ve spent there. The staff members were very helpful, and they have give us all the useful information which helped us during our stay. Next day, they have also organized a boat trip for us. Our friens has recomended this place for us, so this is the reason why we have choosen this accomodation. We are in the middle of a big journey around Europe, so the washing machine and the Internet connection in the apartment was very useful. According to the fact that we were in the city centre, we could sleep very well.

comfortable apartment with large space, fully equipment facility. 10 mins walk to the main MTR station. 5 mins walk to the Hungry national threat opera, supermarkets/restaurants are all around. speedy WIFI, everything is great!

it was clean, comfy, good value for money. We had a two room apartment on the first floor and therefore access to a private garden-terrace, which was a very nice bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke good english, which is big plus in Hungary. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, the location excelent.
This is not really King Apartment's fault, but those coming by car beware: the only way to park near the apartments is in a nearby garage and it's quite costly: 14EUR per day.

The appartments were clean and the location was really good, very close to the Danube river, not more then 15 minutes walk.

Well-equiped apartment, close to the centre of Pest and metro line. Grocery store close by. The reception and security staff were pleasant. The reception staff provided excellent directions from the Metro station and check-in was easy. The reception staff responded quickly to email questions (there is no 24-hour reception).
The outside noise was noticeable at night - there was a parking garage and pedestrian walkway outside our windows.

Location was good middle of town appartment ok
They promised wifi ,however even after several request no internet . Appartment in a building which is new however can understand late at night not very nice to walk in the corridors as poor light

It was conveniently located. Close to almost all important sightseeing spots. Very safe area for walking back after nightout. Liked the restaurant (King S. Buffet) nearby which offered wonderful buffet at reasonable price!
(1) the person who helped us checking in infomed us wrong information about internet connection.(2) a coffee maker in the kitchen was broken. (3) maybe its not the King Apt's fault....but the airport transport arranged by the King Apt delayed about an hour... we were so worried. :(

Fantastic location and clean, modern furnishings. The agent met us and was very hospitable. I will stay there again if I return to Budapest.
Security could have been tighter. Unwanted visitors were able to get through reception without being challenged. However the rooms themselves were very secure and I never felt worried about safety or the security of possessions.
